Signs You May Need
Electrical Repair

An electrical problem can show up as a small inconvenience or a more urgent warning. Either way, unusual behavior deserves professional attention.

  • A Breaker Trips Again and Again

Repeated tripping can indicate an overloaded circuit, a faulty component, or another issue that needs diagnosis.

  • One or More Outlets Have Lost Power

A dead outlet may be connected to a tripped device, a loose connection, a circuit concern, or another problem.

  • Switches, Lights, or Fixtures Work Intermittently

Unreliable operation can point to a fixture, switch, connection, or wiring issue.

  • You See Discoloration Around an Outlet or Switch

Heat marks, melting, or scorching should be addressed promptly.

  • A Plug Feels Loose in an Outlet

Worn or damaged receptacles can affect the connection and should be inspected.

  • You Hear Buzzing or Crackling

Electrical sounds from outlets, switches, panels, or fixtures are not something to ignore.

Finding the Cause
Before Making
the Repair

Electrical symptoms can be misleading. A breaker may trip because of an overloaded circuit, an appliance problem, a damaged connection, or an issue farther along the electrical path. A light that flickers may involve the bulb, fixture, switch, wiring, or electrical supply.

That is why our electrical repair company starts with testing and inspection. We determine which components are involved, explain the findings, and recommend work based on the actual source of the issue.

This approach helps homeowners make confident decisions and avoids treating symptoms while the underlying problem remains unresolved.

Electrical Repair
Services We Provide

Electrical problems can have more than one possible cause. We test the affected components, identify the condition behind the symptom, and recommend repairs that address the problem directly rather than temporarily masking it.

Breaker and
Circuit Repairs

We investigate repeated breaker trips, lost power, overloaded circuits, and related electrical concerns by testing the circuit and identifying what is preventing consistent, reliable operation.

Outlet and Switch Repairs

We repair or replace outlets and switches that are loose, damaged, unreliable, or no longer functioning, while checking the related connections for conditions that could affect performance.

Lighting and
Fixture Repairs

When a lighting fixture, dimmer, switch, or related connection is causing trouble, we diagnose the
issue and recommend a repair that restores safe, dependable operation.

Wiring and
Connection Repairs

We assess accessible wiring and electrical connections when they may be affecting performance or safety, then explain what needs attention before completing approved work.

Panel and
Distribution Concerns

If the source of the problem involves breakers, panel components, or power distribution, we evaluate the system and explain the available options based on its condition.

Final Electrical Testing

After approved electrical repair service is complete, we test the repaired components to verify normal operation, proper response, and dependable performance under expected everyday use.

What to Expect
During Electrical
Repair

We take time to understand what you have noticed and how the issue affects your home. From there, we inspect the relevant electrical system and review a recommended solution before beginning any work.

Our visit may include:

  • Discussion of the symptoms and when they occur
  • Testing of the affected circuit or component
  • Inspection of outlets, switches, fixtures, or breakers
  • Evaluation of visible wiring and connections
  • Electrical safety checks
  • Panel review when the issue calls for it
  • Explanation of electrical repair options
  • Testing after approved repairs are completed

Our team makes sure you know what the repair is intended to address before proceeding.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Came home to a 90-degree house with the AC blowing hot air—of course, it was after hours. Thankfully, James Lorenzo was the technician on call. He arrived quickly, was professional, kind, and thorough. He showed us the part that had burned out and had our system cooling again in no time. So grateful for the fast and reliable service!

Lance Hawk was great at servicing my hvac. He went above to make sure I was taken care of. 7/9/25 update: Scott Nelson helped me through a terrible situation as a patient of Dr Gruining. He was kind, professional and very patient with me. He came last Saturday where we discovered my duct work was holding water despite my many services (and complaints of high humidity prior) and had the duct work replaced correctly in a very timely manner, even redirecting the drain that yall previously redirected (into an arra that floods with rain so it made it difficult to drain during rains. The ducts had so much water it was pulling off the back of the unit (unit NOT installed by Cool air) The cost to replace the ducts wasn't easy as a single parent who is paying a mortgage on a new place Ian took. Scott came back today thoroughly going thru checking the duct work, cleaning and checking outside unit, sanitation of duct work and even using a thermal camera to double check areas. He was kingmaker thorough and patient with me and explained everything to me. I just don't understand how long this went on with keeping up with my PMA services, but I'm very happy with Scott his work, kindness and compassion. I'm praying i can now continue to heal, although it says it will take many days to dry out home. I have one dehumidifier I'm using and moving around to try to assist dry out. Dr Gruining has been copied on all paperwork.

I had Coolair install a mini split garage AC and the installers (Julio and William) were outstanding. They were both very personable and treated our house as if it were their own. Their work was extremely neat and professional, all pipes/lines were straight and plumb, the unit looks and works great. I highly recommend Coolair. Update…(7-8-25) I was very pleased with my last two cleanings, 1st by Aaron and 2nd by Dakota. Both were very professional, explained everything clearly and answered all my questions and kept everything clean and neat. I would highly recommend either technician for your HVAC needs.

My experience with Coolair, especially with Roland Finley, was exceptional. Roland was very kind and explained what was going on with my A/C unit and guided me along the way, as a family member would. Response time was great and I am so grateful that Roland was sent my way. Thank you, Coolair and, especially ROLAND!
