Electrical Work
Designed Around
Your Project

A good electrical plan starts with how you will use the space. Where do you need light? Which walls need outlets? Will the room include appliances, electronics, HVAC equipment, or other major loads? Considering these details early can help avoid inconvenient changes later.

As an electrical installation company, we help homeowners turn project goals into a clear scope of work. We evaluate the existing electrical system when needed, explain the installation requirements, and coordinate the work needed to support the finished space.

From one new fixture to a full renovation, our electrical installation services are planned for the project—not copied from a generic checklist.

Electrical Installation
Services We Provide

Every electrical project should support how the finished room, addition, or home feature will be used. We plan the necessary work around convenience, safety, equipment needs, and the existing electrical system.

New Outlet and
Switch Installation

We add outlets and switches where they make the most sense for your layout, routines, and equipment needs, with placement planned for both daily use and accessibility.

Indoor and Outdoor
Lighting Installation

Our team installs approved lighting fixtures and controls for living areas, kitchens, bathrooms, exterior spaces, and more, helping each area provide the visibility and atmosphere you want.

Dedicated Circuit
Installation

When equipment requires its own electrical
support, we evaluate the requirements and install
the appropriate dedicated circuit to help protect
the equipment and support reliable operation.

Electrical Panel
Considerations

We review electrical capacity and
panel-related needs when an upgrade or project places additional demand on the system, explaining whether supporting changes may be needed first.

Remodel and Addition
Electrical Work

Our electrical installation contractors
provide circuits, outlets, lighting, and connections for planned home changes, coordinating the electrical work with the updated layout and project timeline.

Electrical Construction
Services

For new builds, we coordinate electrical installation around the construction plan and the needs of each space, including power access, lighting locations, and planned equipment connections.

What to Expect
During Electrical
Installation

We begin with your vision for the project and make sure the electrical work supports it. You will understand the recommended plan before installation begins and receive a final walkthrough once the work is done.

Your project may include:

  • Discussion of room use, features, and equipment needs
  • Evaluation of existing electrical capacity
  • Planning for outlet, switch, circuit, and fixture locations
  • Review of installation access and project requirements
  • Installation of approved electrical components
  • Connection of equipment, controls, or fixtures
  • Electrical safety checks
  • Final operation testing and walkthrough

The result is electrical work designed to support the way you intend to use the finished space.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Came home to a 90-degree house with the AC blowing hot air—of course, it was after hours. Thankfully, James Lorenzo was the technician on call. He arrived quickly, was professional, kind, and thorough. He showed us the part that had burned out and had our system cooling again in no time. So grateful for the fast and reliable service!

Lance Hawk was great at servicing my hvac. He went above to make sure I was taken care of. 7/9/25 update: Scott Nelson helped me through a terrible situation as a patient of Dr Gruining. He was kind, professional and very patient with me. He came last Saturday where we discovered my duct work was holding water despite my many services (and complaints of high humidity prior) and had the duct work replaced correctly in a very timely manner, even redirecting the drain that yall previously redirected (into an arra that floods with rain so it made it difficult to drain during rains. The ducts had so much water it was pulling off the back of the unit (unit NOT installed by Cool air) The cost to replace the ducts wasn't easy as a single parent who is paying a mortgage on a new place Ian took. Scott came back today thoroughly going thru checking the duct work, cleaning and checking outside unit, sanitation of duct work and even using a thermal camera to double check areas. He was kingmaker thorough and patient with me and explained everything to me. I just don't understand how long this went on with keeping up with my PMA services, but I'm very happy with Scott his work, kindness and compassion. I'm praying i can now continue to heal, although it says it will take many days to dry out home. I have one dehumidifier I'm using and moving around to try to assist dry out. Dr Gruining has been copied on all paperwork.

I had Coolair install a mini split garage AC and the installers (Julio and William) were outstanding. They were both very personable and treated our house as if it were their own. Their work was extremely neat and professional, all pipes/lines were straight and plumb, the unit looks and works great. I highly recommend Coolair. Update…(7-8-25) I was very pleased with my last two cleanings, 1st by Aaron and 2nd by Dakota. Both were very professional, explained everything clearly and answered all my questions and kept everything clean and neat. I would highly recommend either technician for your HVAC needs.

My experience with Coolair, especially with Roland Finley, was exceptional. Roland was very kind and explained what was going on with my A/C unit and guided me along the way, as a family member would. Response time was great and I am so grateful that Roland was sent my way. Thank you, Coolair and, especially ROLAND!
