Plumbing Repair Services

Water does not always wait for a convenient time to cause a problem. A leaking pipe, running toilet, weak water pressure, slow drain, or unreliable water heater can disrupt your routine and, if ignored, may lead to damage beyond the original issue.

Coolair Air Conditioning & Heating provides plumbing repair services that begin with finding the source of the problem. We explain what is happening, recommend the appropriate repair, and test the work before we leave.

Signs You May Need
Plumbing Repair

A plumbing issue can show up through water, sound, pressure, or a fixture that simply no longer works properly. These signs are worth addressing early.

  • You Have a Drip, Leak, or Water Stain

Water under a sink, around a fixture, behind an appliance, or on a ceiling may indicate a plumbing problem.

  • A Drain Backs Up or Empties Slowly

Recurring drainage trouble can mean there is an obstruction or a problem in the drain system.

  • Your Toilet Runs, Rocks, or Flushes Poorly

Changes in toilet operation may waste water and point to a component or connection that needs repair.

  • Water Pressure Has Suddenly Changed

Low or inconsistent pressure can be connected to fixtures, valves, pipes, or supply concerns.

  • Hot Water Is Limited or Unpredictable

Inconsistent water temperature or volume can signal a water-heater or plumbing issue.

  • You Hear Gurgling, Whistling, or Water Moving

Unusual plumbing sounds can indicate drainage, pressure, valve, or hidden leak concerns.

Repairing the
Source, Not Just
the Symptom

A visible leak or slow drain does not always reveal the full cause. Water may be traveling from another location, a fixture problem may involve a worn internal component, and a pressure issue may be connected to more than one part of the system.

Our plumbing repair company takes the time to investigate before recommending work. We evaluate the affected fixture, pipe, drain, valve, or equipment and then explain the repair options in straightforward language.

Addressing plumbing issues promptly can help protect surrounding materials, reduce wasted water, and restore
the day-to-day function of your home.

Plumbing Repair
Services We Provide

Plumbing problems can affect more than the fixture where they first appear. We investigate the source, explain the condition of the affected system, and provide repairs focused on restoring dependable water flow and drainage.

Leak Detection and Repair

We inspect visible and suspected leaks, determine the likely source, and recommend repairs for affected pipes, connections, or fixtures before escaping water causes unnecessary damage to nearby areas.

Drain Repair and Troubleshooting

When drainage is slow, backed up, noisy, or inconsistent, we assess the issue and discuss the appropriate next step based on where the restriction or system concern is located.

Faucet, Toilet, and Fixture Repairs

We repair plumbing fixtures that leak, run continuously, do not operate correctly, or have worn components, restoring more reliable operation and helping prevent ongoing water waste.

Pipe, Valve, and Supply Repairs

Our team evaluates supply lines, valves, and pipes when they are affecting water flow, pressure, or reliability, then recommends repairs based on the condition and location of the issue.

Water Heater Repair Evaluation

If hot water performance has changed, we inspect the equipment and explain whether repair or another option makes sense, considering the system’s condition, performance, and remaining service life.

Final System Testing

After approved plumbing repair work is completed, we test the repaired components to verify that they are operating as expected, with proper water flow, drainage, and secure connections.

What to Expect
During Plumbing
Repair

We begin with your description of the problem, then inspect the plumbing components most likely to be involved. Before work starts, we explain what we found and what the repair is intended to resolve.

Our visit may include:

  • Discussion of the symptoms and affected areas
  • Inspection of fixtures, pipes, drains, or equipment
  • Water-flow and drainage testing when needed
  • Leak detection and connection checks
  • Evaluation of valves and supply components
  • Water-heater checks when relevant
  • Explanation of repair options
  • Final testing after approved plumbing repairs

You will receive a clear recommendation before we move forward with the work.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Came home to a 90-degree house with the AC blowing hot air—of course, it was after hours. Thankfully, James Lorenzo was the technician on call. He arrived quickly, was professional, kind, and thorough. He showed us the part that had burned out and had our system cooling again in no time. So grateful for the fast and reliable service!

Lance Hawk was great at servicing my hvac. He went above to make sure I was taken care of. 7/9/25 update: Scott Nelson helped me through a terrible situation as a patient of Dr Gruining. He was kind, professional and very patient with me. He came last Saturday where we discovered my duct work was holding water despite my many services (and complaints of high humidity prior) and had the duct work replaced correctly in a very timely manner, even redirecting the drain that yall previously redirected (into an arra that floods with rain so it made it difficult to drain during rains. The ducts had so much water it was pulling off the back of the unit (unit NOT installed by Cool air) The cost to replace the ducts wasn't easy as a single parent who is paying a mortgage on a new place Ian took. Scott came back today thoroughly going thru checking the duct work, cleaning and checking outside unit, sanitation of duct work and even using a thermal camera to double check areas. He was kingmaker thorough and patient with me and explained everything to me. I just don't understand how long this went on with keeping up with my PMA services, but I'm very happy with Scott his work, kindness and compassion. I'm praying i can now continue to heal, although it says it will take many days to dry out home. I have one dehumidifier I'm using and moving around to try to assist dry out. Dr Gruining has been copied on all paperwork.

I had Coolair install a mini split garage AC and the installers (Julio and William) were outstanding. They were both very personable and treated our house as if it were their own. Their work was extremely neat and professional, all pipes/lines were straight and plumb, the unit looks and works great. I highly recommend Coolair. Update…(7-8-25) I was very pleased with my last two cleanings, 1st by Aaron and 2nd by Dakota. Both were very professional, explained everything clearly and answered all my questions and kept everything clean and neat. I would highly recommend either technician for your HVAC needs.

My experience with Coolair, especially with Roland Finley, was exceptional. Roland was very kind and explained what was going on with my A/C unit and guided me along the way, as a family member would. Response time was great and I am so grateful that Roland was sent my way. Thank you, Coolair and, especially ROLAND!
